Create your wedding event, connect your Google Drive and download the event QR from your dashboard. Print it on table cards or a welcome sign. Test the QR on a phone before printing the final version and check that guests have internet access at the venue.

No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link, select their files and upload from their browser without creating an account. The host signs in and connects their Google Drive account.

It depends on your gallery settings and the links you share. Premium offers guest PIN protection, Gallery Reveal and prior approval. Some Drive folders are accessible to anyone with their link, so check their permissions too; a protected AlbumDrive page does not make every Drive link private.

Yes. Free allows up to 30 original-quality photos over a 3-day upload window. This limit applies to uploads, not to keeping files in your Google Drive. Plus offers 30 days of uploads, short videos, custom styling and manual moderation. Premium adds live projection, Gallery Reveal, prior approval and a PIN. Paid-plan uploads depend on available Drive storage.

They stay in the host's Google Drive, under their control: files are not deleted when the upload window ends. Just note that gallery folders are shared with anyone who has the event link.

Free allows up to 30 photos. Paid plans offer higher photo capacity, subject to the plan limit and available storage in your Google Drive. Videos also use Drive storage. Check your event settings for its photo limit.

AlbumDrive gives guests one upload page and saves their selected files in your Google Drive. They do not need to join a group or share phone numbers to upload. Photo quality in a chat depends on the sending method; AlbumDrive uploads the selected photo file without recompressing it.

Yes. Plus and Premium plans allow short videos up to 30 seconds and 100 MB. Videos are disabled by default and the host must enable them in the event settings. Videos can be viewed in the album. The Free plan supports up to 30 photos and does not include videos.

The upload window is 3 days with Free and 30 days with Plus or Premium. When it ends, guests can no longer upload. Files already saved in your Google Drive are not deleted just because uploads close. Access to the AlbumDrive album also depends on the event remaining available, your settings and the Drive connection. The upload window starts at your event's configured start date and time.

Yes. You can use a separate Free event to try the guest upload flow with up to 30 photos over 3 days. Plus and Premium also let the host upload and preview the album before the scheduled start without activating the event. Remove test photos before sharing the wedding album.

No — only the host manages files from their Google Drive. Plus and Premium let you hide photos after upload, and Premium adds approval before anything is shown. These settings don't replace checking permissions of links shared directly from Drive.
