1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlbumDrive (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AlbumDrive is a platform that allows event organizers to collect photos from their guests and save them automatically to their personal Google Drive. Photo uploading by guests is limited to the active duration of the event, but the public gallery will remain accessible indefinitely until the organizer decides to delete the event from the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

• Google Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Content: You are solely responsible for the content uploaded to your events. AlbumDrive does not monitor or control the content uploaded by guests. Depending on your plan, you have access to tools to moderate and delete photos, and it is your responsibility to manage such content.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

4. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to upload through AlbumDrive:

• Explicit sexual or pornographic content
• Images of minors in inappropriate or sexual situations
• Material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Material that violates the privacy of third parties
• Any illegal content under the jurisdiction applicable to the user

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension without the right to a refund.

5. Google Drive Integration

Our Service relies on the Google Drive API. By using AlbumDrive, you acknowledge that your storage limit is determined by your personal Google Drive plan. We are not responsible for Google Drive interruptions or limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights over the photos uploaded to your Google Drive. AlbumDrive claims no rights over your content.
• Our Service: The code, design, and branding of AlbumDrive are our exclusive property.

7. Account Termination

AlbumDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without prior notice, upon:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Use that AlbumDrive considers inappropriate, abusive, or harmful to other users
• Uploading of prohibited content as per section 4

Termination for violation of these terms does not grant the right to a refund.

8. Content Reporting

If you find content that violates these terms in any AlbumDrive album, report it to:

We commit to reviewing and taking action within 48 business hours of receiving the report.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlbumDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, use, reputation, or other intangible losses.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
