AlbumDrive is a platform that allows event organizers to collect photos from guests and automatically save them to the organizer's Google Drive.
3. User Responsibilities
- Google Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials.
- Content: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content (photos) uploaded to your events. AlbumDrive does not monitor or control content uploaded by guests.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
4. Google Drive Integration
Our Service relies on the Google Drive API. By using AlbumDrive, you acknowledge that your storage limit is determined by your personal Google Drive plan. If your Drive is full, the Service may stop working. We are not responsible for Google Drive interruptions or limitations.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the photos uploaded to your Google Drive. AlbumDrive claims no rights over your photos.
- Our Service: The code, design, and branding of AlbumDrive are our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlbumDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
