At AlbumDrive, we strive to provide a transparent and high-quality service. Since we offer intangible digital products, our policy combines a standard guarantee period with clear usage rules.
1. Try Before You Buy
We offer a Free Plan that allows you to use all the basic features of AlbumDrive (image uploading, Drive integration, gallery viewing) before making any payment.
We strongly recommend that you use this plan to verify that the service meets your needs and works correctly with your devices before purchasing a Premium pass.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with international standards and the requirements of our payment processors, we offer a refund window of 14 days from the date of purchase.
If within the first 14 days you decide that the service is not for you, you can request a full refund without needing to provide a justification, provided that the event has not ended.
After 14 days:
After this legal period, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except for the technical exceptions detailed below. We do not offer refunds outside the warranty period for:
- Change of mind after 14 days.
- Cancellation of the event for reasons unrelated to AlbumDrive (e.g., bad weather, suspension of the party).
- Failure to use Premium features during the event.
3. Technical Exceptions (Outside the warranty period)
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will evaluate refund requests only in cases of Major Technical Failures:
- If a verifiable error on our platform prevented the service from working during your event and our support team could not solve it in time.
- Duplicate Charges: If due to a payment processor error you were charged twice for the same event.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (either within the 14-day guarantee or due to a technical failure), please contact us at hello@albumdrive.app with:
- Event ID.
- Proof of payment / Order number.
- Reason for the request (Optional if within the first 14 days).
Our team will process your request and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.
